Rest…

Mar 22, 2020

Rest is productive self-care. And self-care is self preservation…

This swath of time we have been given, this temporary new season of sheltered living, is realigning everything in life.

There’s a strategic prioritizing that’s setting us up for greater things, a bountiful harvest.

This time has allowed me to really take care of myself for the first time in over five years, because in the midst of having a ministry, being an author of books and bible studies, teaching, and life coaching…I am the appointed caregiver of two nonagenarians.

Self-care has been my greatest struggle. This time of hunkering down has allowed me to take care of me…

What has this time afforded you?
